个人简介

I am a Professor in School of Computer at China University of Geosciences, China. My research interests include big data, SDN, mobile computing, wireless communications, and future networks. The underlying theme has been to utilize network-wide information and knowledge hidden in network data, such as cryptography, information theory, and statistics, to design network architecture and improve system performance with an emphasis on theory, algorithms, experiments, prototyping, and the synergies among them. I have established a solid track record in publications in international journals and conferences. So far, my research has resulted in 20 refereed journal papers, 2 refereed conference papers, and one patent.

I have served as Principle Investigator (PI) for 9 research projects (2 of 9 with Success Ratio 9%, 1 with Success Ratio 15%, and 1 with Success Ratio 16.2%) and Co-PI for 5 research projects, funded by National Science Foundation of China (NSFC), European FP7, Department of Communications of China, National Laboratory, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and industrial partners including Ericsson, IBM, and Huawei Technologies. As a key co-investigator, I have made significant contributions to several China projects, such as such as 1) CENI: China Environment for Network Innovations, 2) Data-driven measurement network design and establishment, 3) Data-driven information plane in China. My current research group at China University of Geosciences, the Future Network Lab, is a leading research group on future network technologies in China. In this area, I have participated in, as co-project-coordinator, a number of government- and industry-funded projects.

I have already received certain recognition in the international scientific community. I have co-authored research publications with excellent researchers from 12 different universities, and have been invited to contribute four overview articles published in IEEE Communications Magazine (IF=10.435) and IEEE Networks(IF=7.230). I have been serving as an executive associate editor for Springer Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications from October 2013, and also serving as a TPC Vice Chair for IEEE IUCC 2017 and GreenCom 2017. Furthermore, I have served as a TPC member for several important conferences such as IEEE INFOCOM 2017/2015, ICC 2013/2015/2016, GLOBECOM 2016, CIT-2015/2016/2017, CPSCom 2017, SmartData 2017, GreenCom 2017, IUCC 2017, HPCC 2018, and WNM-2015, and as a reviewer for more than 20 various prestigious journals, including IEEE/ACM Trans. Netw., IEEE Trans. Mob. Comput., and IEEE Trans. Ser. Comput., etc.
